About This Platform:
cgpeers.in operates as a community-based platform where users participate in discussions, share knowledge, and engage in creative or educational interactions. The platform does not initiate, curate, host, or modify user submissions. Responsibility for all user-generated content remains with the individual who posts it.

Compliance with Directive 2000/31/EC:
Under the E-Commerce Directive (Directive 2000/31/EC), cgpeers.in qualifies as an information society service provider. In accordance with Article 14, the platform is not liable for information stored at the request of a user provided that:

• The platform does not have actual knowledge of illegal user content;
• The platform is not aware of facts or circumstances indicating clearly unlawful content;
• Upon receiving valid notice of unlawful content, the platform acts expeditiously to remove or disable access to that content.

These protections operate alongside applicable EU legislation, including national implementations of the Directive and the Digital Services Act (DSA).

Notice & Removal Policy:
If a rights-holder or affected party believes that content posted by a user may infringe legal rights, they may submit a written notification. Upon receiving a valid notice, cgpeers.in will:

• Assess the notice without undue delay;
• Restrict or remove access to the identified content where required;
• Inform the user who submitted the content (where applicable).
