I’ve reviewed a number of recent articles and posts on cgpeers.in, and I’ve noticed that almost all the latest uploads are currently restricted to premium members only. While I understand the importance of driving revenue through premium subscriptions, we also need to ensure that free members see consistent value in our platform.

Please make sure that we allow some level of access to free members as well—whether it's selected articles, previews, or time-limited access. The goal is to build trust and engagement with our wider audience. When free users experience the quality of our content firsthand, they’ll be more likely to support us and eventually upgrade.

Let’s strike a balance—offer enough free content to keep the community active and involved, while still encouraging premium subscriptions through exclusive benefits and deeper content access.

Kindly make the necessary adjustments moving forward. This is important not just for user satisfaction, but for long-term growth and community loyalty.

Thanks,
@Raj Mehta

Dear Sir, @Raj Mehta

Thank you sir for your guidance.

I completely understand your concerns regarding the current premium-only access model, and I agree that offering selective content to free members can significantly enhance user engagement and trust. I’ve started reviewing our latest articles and posts to identify suitable content that can be made partially or fully accessible to free users without compromising the value we offer to our premium members. We'll consider implementing limited previews, sample sections, or rotating free content on a regular basis.

A detailed plan with suggested changes and timelines will be shared with you shortly for review and approval. Rest assured, we’re aligning our content strategy to strike the right balance between community access and revenue generation.

Appreciate your direction as always.

Best regards,

Dear Sir, @Raj Mehta

Thank you for your valuable input and concern regarding content accessibility on the platform.

We are currently working on implementing a balanced solution as per your guidance. Moving forward, we will offer both access options:
  • Premium members will continue to enjoy direct access to files through our dedicated servers, ensuring faster downloads and a seamless experience without interruptions.
  • Free members will be provided with an alternate method to access selected content, such as through ad-supported links or limited-time access. This way, they can still benefit from the platform while contributing indirectly via advertisements.
However, we would like to clarify one critical point for full transparency:
The reason many of our latest uploads have been restricted to premium members is due to copyright takedown issues. Free-access files are often hosted on shared servers, and they tend to get removed quickly when flagged. In contrast, premium users are served through a separate infrastructure, which is more resilient and secure against such issues.

That said, we do have older content still available to free members, and we’ll continue to maintain that accessibility. Our aim is not to limit value but to ensure stability, user satisfaction, and legal safety for the platform as a whole.

Rest assured, we’re aligning the system to meet both user expectations and platform sustainability. Your direction is appreciated, and updates will follow soon.

I completely understand that generating revenue is important for platform sustainability, especially through premium memberships. However, it’s equally important to remember that CGPeers.in is not just a content-sharing site—it’s a social learning network, and we’re here to support thousands of students, learners, and creators from around the world. Many of these users may not yet be in a position to afford a premium plan, but they still deserve access to quality learning resources. That’s exactly why I initially brought this matter to your attention.

Going forward, I want you to implement a dual-access system on every new post and article:
  • Premium users will retain full access to direct server downloads without restrictions.
  • Free users must also be given a well-protected access path—perhaps through advertisement-supported URLs or limited-time, token-based downloads. These should be secure enough to avoid copyright issues but still accessible for genuine learners.
Once your revised system is ready, I want this to reflect across every new and existing article or post—clearly visible and labeled. Every piece of content must offer both options side by side: one for premium and one for free users. This initiative isn't just about expanding our reach; it's about fulfilling the platform’s original mission—to empower access to knowledge for everyone, not just those who can pay for it. Kindly prioritize this implementation and keep me updated on your progress.
