I wanted to kindly inform you that I have carefully followed all the guidelines and subscribed to the required all platforms. However, after downloading the file, I am unable to initiate the download as the progress bar remains Red. It appears that the file may no longer be active.


Could you please look into this and let me know if there’s any assistance you can provide, or if I will need to wait a few more days.
